Pay-As-You-Go is perfect if you rarely require your website to be changed and need one-off updates.

Minimum charge for any website maintenance and support services is 1hr, then billed in blocks of 15mins thereafter. eg for 1h 20mins of work, you will be billed for 1h 30mins.

FAQ

Depending on which plan you opt for, you have 2,4 or 8 hours of maintenance available per month. The maintenance can be an array of tasks, such as content updating, bug fixing, imagery updates, video embedding, graphical and layout changes, style enhancements and other general maintenance work.

Depending on your chosen plan, we will either do a complete website backup monthly, twice a month or weekly.

We have many website maintenance contracts, so we need to prioritise clients the best way possible. Many other maintenance companies will offer up to 3 days response time for a lower plan and 1 day for a higher plan. We offer 8hrs, 4hrs and 1hr response times, depending on your chosen plan. The response times are worked out during the working hours of 8am and 10pm GMT or BST (London), Monday to Friday, and we have a 100% record of responding within these time-frames.

If you go over your allotted hours for your plan, we can still provide website maintenance work for you during the month at an extra cost per hour and if this is a recurring action, we would recommend moving you up to the next plan. You can, however, opt to wait until the next month to have the maintenance carried out if it is non-urgent. Extra hours are billed per minute as per the allotted monthly hours.

Depending on your chosen website maintenance plan, you are allocated a certain number of hours per month within your plan. Any work carried out during a certain month is billed on a per minute basis. For example, if we did some content amendments in the month of April and it took 16mins, this would be deducted from your allotted hours of 2, 4 or 8hrs.

On the Silver and Platinum website maintenance plans, hours are not rolled over and are reset again on the 1st of the month. If you are on the Gold plan, any unused hours are rolled over to the next month. For example, if you only used 6 hours per month for the first eleven months, on the twelfth month you would have 22 hours in the bank, plus your 8 hours for the twelfth month, totalling 30 hours available to use in the final month. After the twelfth month, all hours are reset and any unused hours will be lost. The rolling period runs from January until December. So if you registered in September, you can roll over hours until the end of December, after which, any unused hours are lost as your time is reset again in January.
